Trail-Gear’s Winch Puck will prevent your hook and thimble from getting over-spooled and wedged in your fairlead. Over-spooling can damage your winch and wedging your hook can render it useless when you need it to get out of those sticky situations on the trail.
The TG Winch Puck will also keep your fairlead from getting beaten up so your winchline will travel smoothly. It also eliminates the irritating jangle from your hook banging around on trail runs.
The Trail-Gear Winch Puck is made from heavy-duty black rubber and works great with both synthetic and steel winchlines. Overall dimensions are 2 ½” in diameter and 1 9/16” tall. The ½” center hole can accommodate 3/8” or 5/16” winchlines. The Trail-Gear Winch Puck has been trail tested at The Hammers in Johnson Valley, California.
