TG Winch Puck
Trail-Gear’s Winch Puck will prevent your hook and thimble from getting over-spooled and wedged in your fairlead. Over-spooling can damage your winch and wedging your hook can render it useless when you need it to get out of those sticky situations on the trail. The TG Winch Puck will also keep your fairlead from getting beaten up so your winchline will travel smoothly. It also eliminates the irritating jangle from your hook banging around on trail runs. The Trail-Gear Winch Puck is made from heavy-duty black rubber and works great with both synthetic and steel winchlines. Overall dimensions are 2 ½" in diameter and 1 9/16" tall. The ½" center hole can accommodate 3/8" or 5/16" winchlines. The Trail-Gear Winch Puck has been trail tested at The Hammers in Johnson Valley, California.
Specifications:
- Used for reaming out Toyota and Suzuki pitman arms for the larger, more commonly used FJ80 tie rod ends
- Our taper reamer is 1:10 (1" of taper for every 10" of length) and is also expressed as 1.200" TPF (1.200" of taper for every foot of length)
- Made from M2 high speed steel with a 1/2" shank diameter for drill press or mill and a 3/8" square end for use with a tap wrench
